Jennifer Dawn (Wainscott) Butler, 39, of Rainsville, Alabama formerly of Lawrenceburg, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 in Rainsville, AL. Born December 6, 1978 in Versailles, KY, Jennifer is the daughter of Jackie Dale Wainscott of Rainsville, AL and Nancy Marie Guffey Rucker (her husband Jerry) of Lawrenceburg, KY.

A former C.N.A. at area nursing homes in Frankfort, KY, Jennifer was a member of the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in her early years and most recently attended New Harvest Assembly of God in Frankfort, KY. She enjoyed crafts, working with hair, and restoring furniture.

Including her parents, Jennifer is survived by her daughter, Brooklyn Nicole Agee of Guntersville, AL; her siblings, Jeff (Stephanie) Wainscott, Tonya (Josh) Rucker, Eric (Brooke) Rucker, all of Lawrenceburg, Joseph (Emily) Rucker of Frankfort, and Christopher Wainscott of Brooksville, FL; and her beloved dog, Lucy.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Jeremy Ray Rucker.

Services will be held on Saturday, June 30 ^th beginning at 1:00 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home. Bro. Josh Rucker and Scott Bowman will officiate. Burial will follow in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Shelby County, KY. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 11 AM – 1 PM Saturday.

Serving as pallbearers will be family members, Jeff, Joe, Eric, Mike, Dakota, and Jeremy. Honorary bearers will be Mason, Carson, Miranda, Emily Marie, Brooke, and Emily Suzanne.
