Jeffrey Lynn Young, 64, husband of Lee Ann Carter Young, passed away June 8, 2026 in Lawrenceburg, KY. Born in Versailles, KY on June 17, 1961, Jeffrey was the son of the late Thomas Clarence Young and Leona Cathreyn Driscoll Young.

Jeffrey worked as a quality control specialist for General Cable in Lawrenceburg. He was a friendly man, he would talk to anybody and always enjoyed laughing with others. Being a child of the '70s, Jeffrey always loved '70s music. Jeffrey was a member of Anderson Christian Church. He is described by his loved ones as a Godly man.

Along with his wife, Jeffrey is survived by three children, Jeffrey (Leslie) Young, II, Austin Young, and Leslee Hall; three siblings, Diane Smith, Tom Young, and Debbie Mitchell; and three granddaughters, Maleia Young, Zoe Young, and Raylee Hall.

Along with his parents, Jeffrey is preceded in death by a brother, Charles Young.

The family has chosen cremation and will have a memorial service at a later time.
