Jeffrey "Jeff" John Rutkowske, age 56, husband of 15 years to Carley Lynn Weiss Rutkowske, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2026.

Jeff was born October 5, 1969 in Trenton, Michigan and was the son of the late Nancy Susan Beyer Schultz and Kenneth "Kenny" Schultz.

Including his parents, Jeff was preceded in death by a daughter, Gabrielle Saylor.

Jeff and his family, a family that he loved dearly, were part of the Anderson Christian Church family. Jeff was a hard worker and dedicated 33 years in auto repair with Ford Motor Company in Louisville. Jeff enjoyed farm life and being outside in nature. His favorite pass times were hunting and fishing and going to Bay Barrow in Canada to fish for salmon.

Including his wife Carley, Jeff is survived by his children, Kadee Fortino (John) of Perry, Michigan, Dominic Banta, New Castle, Indiana, Peyton Rutkowske, Preston Rutkowske, Landon Rutkowske and Avery Rutkowske, all of Lawrenceburg; and his lifelong friends, Kevin Brasseur and Paul Ransford.

Jeff chose cremation and a Celebration of Life Luncheon will be held Saturday, July 11, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Anderson Christian Church, 1631 US-127, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342.
