Janie Sue Stratton Fultz, 56, of Anderson County, KY, wife of 37 years of Ricky C. Fultz, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2017 at Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington. Born December 30, 1960, Janie was the daughter of the late Floyd Sonny Stratton and Susie Frances Young Stratton.

Janie was a 19 year employee of Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort and attended the Ballard Baptist Church. She loved her family and caring for her pets.

Along with her husband, Janie is survived by her children, Ronnie Len (Misti Dawn) Stratton and Amy Marie Fultz, both of Lawrenceburg; 5 grandchildren, Jason Fultz, Levi Stratton, Caleb Stratton, Hunter Stratton, Kristen Stratton; 2 great grandchildren, Paisley and Leyton Stratton; seven sisters, Carolyn (Jerry) Catlett, Linda (Wayne) Todd, Mary Ann (Orbrey) Bast, Vickie (Nubb) Hawkins, Marcella (Carl) Reynolds, Sondra (Larry) Goodlett, and Jackie (Jimmy) Curtsinger; three brothers, Johnny (Amy) Stratton, Jeff (Alice) Stratton, and Floyd B. Stratton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Sept. 14 ^th beginning at 1:00 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.   Bro. John McDaniel will officiate the service. Burial will follow in the Stratton Cemetery, Anderson County, KY.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4 – 8 PM.

Serving as pallbearers will be Levi Stratton, Caleb Stratton, Jason Fultz, Glenn Hawkins, Jeremy Wilburn, and John Bast.
