JB Sutherland, 58, husband of 22 years of Marcie Davis Sutherland, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2015 at his home. Born January 7, 1957 in Versailles, KY, he was the son of the late William Allen and Anna May Hellard Sutherland. He was also, preceded in death by a son William Franklin Sutherland and a brother Richard Sutherland.

JB loved working with horses and formerly worked as a thoroughbred horse farm manager in Versailles and Paris.

Along with his wife, JB is survived by four children, Jeremy B. Sutherland, Jillian Sutherland Watson, Jodie Sutherland, and Christopher Lee Davis, all of Lawrenceburg; 5 grandchildren, Brooklyn Hobbs, McKenley Gribbins, Jonah Gribbins, Evan Watson, and Aubrianna "Baby" Girl" Davis; two sisters, Laura Jane Sutherland and Joyce Ann Sutherland, both of Frankfort; and a brother, Bill Sutherland of Frankfort.

Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, Dec. 12th at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Pastor F.D. Robinson, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be 12 – 2 PM Saturday. Cremation will follow services.
