Funeral Service Broadcast for Ginny Caldwell

Glenda Gail "Ginny" Caldwell, 60, passed away July 19, 2025 at her home in Lawrenceburg.  Born in Versailles, KY on February 16, 1965, Ginny was the daughter of the late James S. "Wop" Caldwell and Mildred Aileen Young Caldwell.

A 1983 graduate of Anderson County High School, Ginny worked as a former Team Leader at Florida Tile where she had worked since she was 18 years old.  Highly devoted to her family, she also loved her two dogs, her cat and her turtle.  Her enjoyment included working in her yard and flowers.  She was a member of the Lawrenceburg Community Baptist Church.

Ginny greatly loved her family, especially her special niece and caregiver, Canessa Arzt; her sisters, Kitty (Jim) McAllister, Beverly Ann (Bobby) Wooldridge, and Barbara Ruth Hall; her brothers, Dillard "Dickie" (Regina) Caldwell, James Donald "Shawn" (Candy) Caldwell, and Douglas "Dude" (Donna) Caldwell; two sisters-in-law, Lilly Caldwell and Tammy Caldwell; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Angela Marie Carr and Wanda Sue "Pootie" Caldwell; and two brothers, William Newton "Billy" Caldwell and Ronald Eugene "Bodie" Caldwell.

Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.  Bro. Steve Broughton, Bro. Bob Logue, and Bro. Steve Wells will officiate the service.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 5 – 8 PM Wednesday and after 11 AM Thursday at the funeral home.

Serving as pallbearers will be Brad Caldwell, Jodie Caldwell, Connie Cunningham, Bobby Cunningham, Jason Caldwell, Caleb Cunningham, Phillip Caldwell, and Ronald Hall.  Honorary bearers will be Darrell Young, Kendra Carmickle, and Tami Johnson.
