Geraldine Stratton Drury, 74, wife of 58 years of Winston R. Drury, passed away Monday, October 23, 2017 at U.K. Medical Center in Lexington.  Born January 25, 1943 in Anderson County, KY, Geraldine was the daughter of the late Obed Kenneth and Madge Holt Stratton.

Along with her parents, Geraldine was preceded in death by her sister Lenora Drummond and her brother David Michael Stratton.

Geraldine worked 23 years for Texas Instruments in Versailles and later received a business degree followed by employment with KY State Government.  She was a member of the Lawrenceburg Community Baptist Church and enjoyed reading her bible.  Geraldine enjoyed her family and loved watching U.K. Basketball.

Along with her husband, she is survived by her two children, Jackie Devine (Jeff Deaton) and Obed Drury; four grandchildren, Chrystal Satterly (Shawn Davis), Derek (Dustie) Devine, Lori (Dan) Shouse, Shane Drury (Kali Peach); five great grandchildren, Taylor, Clayton, Leah, Harper, Lucas; two sisters, Janice (Charles) Peach of Lawrenceburg, Jane Wood of Georgetown; three brothers, Billy (Joyce) Stratton and Kenneth "Bud" (Jo) Stratton, both of Lawrenceburg, and Silas Stratton of Frankfort.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Oct. 27 ^th beginning at 2:00 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.  Bro. Steve Broughton will officiate the service.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 4 – 8 PM Thursday .

Serving as pallbearers will be Dave Drummond, Wayne Stratton, Anthony Stratton, Scotty Wood, Terry Wood, and Jeffrey Wood.
