Gerald Wayne Peach, 70, of Lawrenceburg, husband of 51 years of Brenda Sue Drury Peach, passed away Monday, February 23, 2015 at his home. Born December 26, 1944 in Anderson County, he is the son of the late Thomas Wesley and Henrietta Cornish Peach and was also preceded in death by a brother, Anthony Lynn Peach.

A retired 34 year employee of Sylvania in Versailles, Gerald formerly served as a volunteer fire fighter for the City of Lawrenceburg. He was a member of the Fairview Christian Church and enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Along with his wife, Gerald is survived by three children, Tammy Ransdell of Harrodsburg, Richard (Patricia) Peach and Teddy (Rhonda) Peach, all of Lawrenceburg; 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; a sister, Peggy (Tony) Gates of Lawrenceburg; three brothers, Bobby (Peggy) Peach of FL, Jerry (Brenda) Peach and Scottie (Barbara) Peach, all of Lawrenceburg.

Funeral services will be 11 am Saturday, Feb. 28th at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Revs. Grant Mathes and Mark Wells officiating. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 – 8 pm Friday.
