Gerald "Jerry" Lee Utt, 85, husband of Barbara Gladden Utt, passed away on Monday, July 29, 2024.  Born in Roseville, Michigan on December 14, 1938, he was the son of the late Dallas Utt and Mabel Penna Utt.

Gerald was preceded in death by a brother, William "Bill" Utt and sisters Lois Haren and Jacqueline "Jackie" Nickerson.

Gerald worked as an engineer for General Motors. He was an Evangelist in the Community of Christ Church.

Including Barbara, his wife of 63 years, he is survived by his son, Dane Utt (wife Crystal) of Salvisa, KY; his daughters, Susan Caley (husband Dale) of Artesia, NM, Karen Scruggs (husband Ronald) of Arlington, WA, and Jennifer Utt of Artesia, NM; ten grandchildren, Caleb (Chelsey), Brittany (Dustin), Shane (Amber), Caitlin (Michael), Whitney (Sam), Emily (Cody), Allie (Zack), RJ, Alexandria, and Morgan (Nathaniel); and nineteen great grandchildren.
