Frederick Wayne "Freddy" Marino, 47, of Lexington passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018 at his home. Born August 24, 1971 in Cynthiana, KY, Freddy was the son of the late Frederick Salvatore Marino and Patricia Elaine Johnson Marino.

A former auto salesman, Freddy was a man who greatly loved his service dog "Brody", his family including his daughter, grandson, sisters, and especially his mother who he now joins in Heaven. Freddy lived by his motto "I'm a pretty simple man…I love God, my family, my friends, my dog, and my country!!!"

Freddy is survived by his daughter, Mariah K. Marino of Lawrenceburg; his grandson, Matthew Kent Chowning of Lawrenceburg; his four sisters, Kimberly Marcinek (Jimmy) of Lexington, Tina Marino of Savanah, GA, Rhonda Marino of Inverness, FL, and Angela Johnson (Jason Warner) of Deltona, FL; his 6 nieces, 4 nephews, 5 great nieces, and 2 great nephews.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 14 ^th from 6 - 8 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home, 701 N. Main St., Lawrenceburg, KY. No service will be held. Cremation will follow the gathering.
