James Franklin "Frankie" Stevens, 66, passed away Sunday, October 4, 2020, at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center.  Born July 15, 1954 in Versailles, KY, Frankie was the son of the late Elmer James Stevens and Mary Lou Courtney Stevens.

Frankie was preceded in death by a son, Frankie James Stevens; a sister Loretta Wilson; and two brothers, Ricky Stevens and Donald Wayne Stevens.

A heavy equipment operator for Central Rock Construction in Lexington, Frankie enjoyed working, fishing and working on cars.  Frankie seemed happy all the time and was known for his sense of humor.

Frankie is survived by Gennie Beasley of Tyrone, Lisa Gay Stevens of Lawrenceburg; five children, Franki "Little Frank" Price of Lancaster, Latasha Nicole Stevens of Lawrenceburg, James Markcus Beasley of Lawrenceburg, Grayson Nicole Preston of Lexington, and Shannon McClease Stevens of Lawrenceburg; 14 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; a sister Lou Ann Stevens of Versailles.

According to his wishes, Frankie will be cremated.  Private family services will be held.  Arrangements entrusted to the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.
