Annie "Frances" (Cottrell) Bowman, 98, wife of the late Stanley "Price" Bowman, passed away Friday, October 18, 2019 in London, Kentucky.  Frances was born October 24, 1920 in Mercer County, KY, daughter of the late Clarence and Ethel Baker Cottrell.

Along with her husband and parents, Frances was preceded in death by a son, William Stanley Bowman; a brother Bill Cottrell; and two sisters, Margaret Chilton and Martha Robinson.

A homemaker and farmer's wife, Frances was a member of the Lawrenceburg United Methodist Church.  Frances enjoyed quilting, cooking, and loved her family.

Mrs. Bowman is survived by two sons, Clarence Davis "Shorty" Bowman and Charles W. Bowman and his wife Evelyn, all of Lawrenceburg; a daughter-in-law Sharon Bowman of Lawrenceburg; her grandchildren, Ricky (Karen) Bowman, Mike (Robin) Bowman, Susan (Tim) Robinson, Krista (Mark) Brown, Steven D. (Dana) Bowman, and Joanna Bowman.

Visitation will be held from 5 – 8 PM Monday, Oct. 21 ^st at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 22 ^nd beginning at 11:00 AM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.  Bro. Vernon Jarvis, Ricky Bowman and Harry Revel will officiate the service.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Mike Bowman, Steve Bowman, Stephen Bowman, John Kelly Chilton, David Cottrell, Ryan Peach, Kevin Bowman, Larry Robinson, and Brett Robinson.
