Ethan Loranzy "Edog" Presley, 14, passed away Saturday, August 29, 2020 at his home. Born June 1, 2006 in Lexington, KY, Ethan is the son of Marti G. Turpin of Lawrenceburg.
Ethan was known for his love of telling jokes, coloring, critiquing movies, and Marvel Super Heroes. He enjoyed going to cemeteries and cleaning monuments with his Papaw Allen.
Ethan was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Steve Presley and Linda Stansell.
Along with his mother, Ethan is also survived by a brother, Christopher (wife Alyse) Richardson of Winchester; maternal grandparents, Gail and Allen Johns of Lawrenceburg, and Eldon Turpin of Burnside, KY; half-sister, Kirsten Shelton Presley of TN; his aunts, Shelli (Jeremy) Murray, Kati Pack Lucas, Shannon Presley; his nieces, Kaylee, Madison, Ryder, Abigail, and Sophia Richardson; and his cousins, Amber Cole, Tanner Lucas, Alyssa Brown, Brittany Presley, Savarah Williams and Rayahna Miller; and friend Joe Toles.
A private Celebration of Ethan's Life will be held at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.
Ethan's family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Dr. Tom Badgett and the U.K. Pediatric Medical Staff, and Cheri Bentley, R.N. with Bluegrass Hospice Care for the love and care provided to Ethan during his battle with leukemia. A special thank you to the Second Brigade Motor Cycle Club who helped with fundraisers and the Anderson County Fire Department, who made Ethan an Honorary Lieutenant with the fire department. All of the healthcare workers, motorcycle club members and fire department members helped to raise Ethan's spirits and will always hold a special place in the family's heart.
