Elizabeth Catherine (Combs) Leathers Campbell, 62, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. Born January 20, 1956, Elizabeth was the daughter of the late Curtis and Emma Pate Combs.

Elizabeth loved taking care of people and retired as a Certified Medical Assistant at Frankfort Regional Medical Center following 25 years of service. She was an avid dog lover and enjoyed boating on the lake.

She is survived by her three children, Jason Leathers (Sherri Walker) of Frankfort, Tich (Wayne) Blacketer of Lawrenceburg, and Nikki Leathers (Brandon Wolverton), all of Lawrenceburg; seven grandchildren, Aliecia, Alex, and Nick Leathers, Gracie, Cayden, and Camron Wolverton, and Addison Blacketer; and two sisters, Juanita Auguston of Lawrenceburg and Beck (Tony) Benassi of Frankfort.

Services will be held on Monday evening, June 25th beginning at 8:00 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home. Pastor Kenny Robinson will officiate the service. Cremation will follow services.  Visitation will be held prior to the service from 6 – 8 PM on Monday.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Leigh Flynn, Troy Robinson, and all seven of Elizabeth's grandchildren.
