Edna Warford Inman, 95, of Lexington formerly of Frankfort, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at the Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington. Born March 11, 1922 in Mercer County, KY, Edna was the daughter of the late Bryan and Lucy J. Gaddis Warford.

Along with her parents, Edna was preceded in death by her husband Kavanaugh "Doc" Inman; a son, Donald K. Inman; a sister, Maggie Phillips and three brothers, Arnold Warford, William T. Warford and Brice Warford.

Edna retired following over 30 years of service with the Kentucky Dept. of State Parks. A member of the Springdale Baptist Church in Lexington, Edna was a life member of VFW Auxiliary Post 4075 in Frankfort, the American Legion Auxiliary Post #7 in Frankfort, and an avid U.K. Basketball fan and Rook player.

Edna is survived by her son, Doug Inman of Lexington; her loving daughter-in-law Betty Inman of Frankfort; three grandchildren, Kelly Inman and Scott (Ange) Inman of Frankfort, and Robbie (Missy) Inman of Louisville; six great grandchildren including Jonathan and Eric Inman; three great-great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins including a special niece Judy (Jerry) Gritton.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 12 ^th beginning at 2:00 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home. Bro. Timothy Saylor will officiate the service. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held the same day as the service on Monday from 12 – 2 PM.

Serving as pallbearers will be Scott Inman, Jerry Gritton, Jonathan Inman, Kelly Inman, Robbie Inman, and Craig Akins.
