Charles "Doug" Pulliam, age 77, of Lawrenceburg, passed away, Sunday, April 8. Doug was the son of William and Mary Pulliam, born and grew up in Franklin County, attended the Bald Knob High School and was a graduate of the 1959 first senior class of Franklin County High School. He is survived by his wife, Lois Pulliam, daughter Mary Lesley Potter (Steve) and Rebecca Charlton Wilson (Greg); grandchildren Ashley Charlton Probus Bolton, Brian Probus, Jacob Wilson, and Sarah Wilson, a sister Bettye Register of Matthews, NC and several nieces and nephews.

He was a retired pipefitter and longtime member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union 452.

He will always be remembered by family and friends for his great sense of humor. His favorite activity was shotgun sports. He was honored as "Outstanding Member of the Year 2000" at the Frankfort Sportsman's club.

Doug was a faithful member of the Ninevah Christian Church.

Funeral services will be Friday, April 13 ^th at 1:00 pm at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home, 701 N. Main St., Lawrenceburg. Burial will be at the Frankfort Cemetery.   Visitation will be Thursday, April 12 ^th from 5- 8 PM at the funeral home.

Serving as pallbearers are his sporting clay companions Tom White, Steve Eades, Carl Bates, Tim Hodges, George Kirk and Steve Wecker.
