Dora Jean Cummins Wilson, 60, of Lawrenceburg, passed away Friday, February 26, 2016 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, David Wilson and Allen Wilson.

Born September 25, 1955 in Franklin County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Elmore Crentist and Dora Myrtle Crawford Cummins. She formerly worked as a cashier for Circle K in Versailles and was a member of the Fintville Church in Versailles. Dora enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, cooking, sewing, cleaning, and working crossword puzzles.

She is survived by her companion, Charles Boyd of Lawrenceburg; three children, David L. Wilson of Wilmington, NC, Terry L. Wilson of Lexington, and Crystal J. (Sean) Sutton of Lawrenceburg; 3 grandchildren, Logan, Gunner, and Jordan Wilson; three sisters, Dorothy Tackett of Frankfort, Pam (Ricky) Reynolds, Jeannette (Robert) Phelps.

Along with her two husbands and her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Wilson and a brother, Jason Cummins.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 2nd at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Midway Cemetery in Woodford County. Visitation will be 11 – 1 Wednesday prior to the service.

Serving as pallbearers will be Terry Wilson, Logan Wilson, Sean Sutton, Chris Purvis, Daniel Cummins, and Ben Purvis.
