Donnie Hugh Case, 69, husband of Iris Case, passed away May 27, 2022 at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center, Frankfort, KY.  Born February 10, 1953 in Spencer County, KY the son of the late Willis Case and Mary Potts Case.

Donnie worked as a janitor for Wal-Mart, Frankfort Regional Medical Center, and was former partner in D & C Cleaning Services.  His enjoyments included fishing, hunting, crafts, and a fan of the Atlanta Braves.

Including his wife of 50 years, Iris, he is survived by four children, Donnie Hugh "Thumper" Case, II (wife Nina), Kelly Sue Agostinelli, Kristin Shea Case, and Adam L. Case (wife Amanda); 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and his siblings, Harold (Shirley) Case, Margurite Schmidt, Beverly (Joe) Milburn, Doris (Glenn) Ploetner, and Mary Ann Condor.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Tommy Case, Wilbur Case, Joe Case, Larry Case, James Case, Joyce Jackson, Jean Milburn, and Brenda Case.

A time of visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 from 5 – 7 PM followed by a memorial service at 7:00 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.  Cremation was chosen.
