Denise Justine (Wible) Caudill, 72, of Lawrenceburg, KY, passed away Friday, May 23, 2025 at Hometown Manor of Shelbyville in Shelbyville, KY.

Denise was born on May 16th, 1953 in Terre Haute, IN to the late Phillip Gene Wible and Vada Francis (Dailey) Wible.

Denise was baptized at the Holly Fork Church of God in Morehead, KY. She was a retired seamstress/sewing operator/instructor and homemaker. But being a grandmother and caring for the love of her life, Jon Finley Caudill, were her favorites jobs. Denise was not able to complete school, but went back later and earned her G.E.D. in Morehead, KY.  Being an avid reader made this accomplishment easier, and she read anything from Sci-Fi and Fantasy to the Holy Bible.  Other than reading she grew an interest and ability in painting pastoral landscapes, which she often gave as gifts to family and friends.

She is survived by her only son, William Boone Wible; four grandchildren, Haley McKenna Wible, Warren Boone Wible, William Elessar Wible and Sarah Luthien Wible; four nephews, Gary Richard Martin, Andrew Phillip Martin, Joshua Harrison Knipp and Caleb Jared Knipp; and a niece, Rebecca Gail Whyde.

Including her husband Jon, Denise was preceded in death by two sisters, Phyllis Rowena Martin and Vada Ann Knipp; her step-father, William Seitz and step-mother, Edna Wible.

Funeral service will be 3:00 P.M. Sunday, June 1, 2025 at Freedom Baptist Church, 1010 Powell Taylor Road, Lawrenceburg, KY  40342. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 P.M. till time of service at 3:00 P.M.

Casket Bearers will be William Wible, William E. Wible, Warren B. Wible, Rick Martin, Larry Huff, & Chris Hunt.

Honorary bearer will be Andy Martin.
