Darrell Jay "D.J." Miller, age 50, husband of 10 years of Kimberly Ann Baker Miller, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015 at his home. Born August 27, 1965 in Lexington, KY, he is the son of Diane C. Allen of Lawrenceburg and Darrell Jay Schwin of Florida.

D.J. was a 1984 graduate of Anderson County High School. He attended college in Somerset, KY and Florida studying aviation programs. He received his pilot's license and was a current associate with Tractor's Supply in Lawrenceburg.

Along with his wife and parents, D.J. is survived by a son Joshua Matthew Miller of Lawrenceburg; a sister, Debra (J.J.) Miner of Atlanta, GA; a brother, Kenneth (Katharine Monin) Miller of Seattle, WA; nieces and a nephew, Alyssa Jennings, Lindsey Wright, Kenneth and Christine Singleton; and a great nephew, Brayden Wright.

A memorial service to celebrate D.J.'s life will be held at 5 pm Sunday, Sept. 20th at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Wheeler officiating. A time of visitation with the family will be from 3 – 5 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
