Danny H. Young Service Broadcast

Danny Howard Young, age 74, husband of 55 years to Linda Charlene Jones Young, passed away Monday, July 4, 2022.  Danny was born September 15, 1947 in Ashland, KY to the late Ernest Young and Mary Olive Ball Young.

Danny was a former 23 year Chemical Technician with Ashland Petroleum in Ashland, KY   After moving to Lawrenceburg, Danny worked for the Kentucky State Government as a Environmental Scientist with the Energy Environmental Protection Cabinet. Danny was a true outdoors man, he loved hunting, fishing and anything else that had to do with nature.  Some of his closest friendships were made while enjoying the outdoors.  Danny was a former Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force,  and had recently given his life to Christ, and is now with his Lord and Savior forever.

Including his wife Linda, Danny is survived by his two sons, Robert Daniel Young of Lawrenceburg and Christopher Howard Young of Ashland, KY;  three grandsons, Zachary Young, Ryan Young and Steven Young;  two brothers, Ronald Dwight Young and his wife Linda of Ashland, KY, and Larry Keith Young and his wife Glenda of Palatka, FL.

Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M., Friday, July 8, 2022 at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Ehr officiating.  Visitation will be from 12 Noon till time of service at 1 P.M., Friday.  Burial will be held on Monday, July 11, 2022 at the East Ashland Memorial Gardens, 422 55th Street, Ashland KY 41101.

Honorary casket bearers will be Robert Young, Christopher Young, Zachary Young, Ryan Young, Steven Young, James Jones, Stephen Burnette and Anthony Stephens
