Daniel Ray Woford, 69, husband of the late Nancy Charlotte Akins Woford, passed away February 13, 2021 at Bradford Square Nursing Home in Frankfort, KY.  Born August 8, 1951 in Lebanon, KY, Daniel was the son of the late Willie and Lucy Mock Woford.

Daniel formerly worked as an auto mechanic for Poodle Bailey and John Catlett.  His favorite cars were '55 and '57 Chevy's.

Daniel is survived by two grandsons, Drew and Landon Woford, a sister and two brothers, including Dwight Woford of Chaplin.  Along with his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a son Daniel Sean Woford and a sister, Elaine Brown.

A private burial will be held at the Hebron Cemetery in Anderson County.  Arrangements are being handled by the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.
