Daisy Jane Murphy Snapp, 69, of Lawrenceburg, wife of the late Michael Lee Snapp, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at Heritage Hall Health Care Center. Born October 17, 1946 in Anderson County, KY, Daisy was the daughter of the late J.T. Lillard Murphy and Ida Elizabeth Hawkins Murphy.

A 1965 graduate of Anderson County High School, Daisy worked as a manager of The Dollar Store and Fast Tracks in Lawrenceburg and a co-owner with her sisters of Sassie Kassie Consignments. Daisy attended the Bridge of Hope Community Church in Lawrenceburg and enjoyed raising tomatoes, working in flowers, and fishing.

Daisy is survived by two sons, David S. Drury and his wife Lynette, and Jamie Gregory, both of Lawrenceburg; three grandchildren, Kassie Gregory, Megan (Justin) Smith, and Dustin Drury, all of Lawrenceburg; 6 great grandchildren; and three sisters, Goldie "PeeWee" Dennis, Blanche (Jack) Perry, and Kathy Robertson.

No public services will be held. Cremation was chosen.

Memorials in memory of Daisy are suggested to the Bridge of Hope Community Church.
