Cora Faye Hager Inscoe, 74, wife of the late Charles Russell Inscoe, passed away January 14, 2023 at the home of her daughter in Anderson County.  Born in Frankfort, KY on January 19, 1948, Cora was the daughter of the late Charles Glovies Hager and Virginia Loraine Elam Hager.

At the age of 15, Cora began working at Kings Daughters Memorial Hospital as a Candy Striper.  She continued working for the hospital in several areas and become a phlebotomist, recently retiring following over 50 years with Frankfort Regional Medical Center.  A member of Westview Baptist Church in Frankfort, she enjoyed antique shopping, bingo, and in her younger years, bowling.

Cora is survived by her daughters, Frances Inscoe and Becky (husband Whitney) Beasley, both of Lawrenceburg; five grandchildren, Travis (Steffany) Aldridge, Shelby Aldridge, Ryan, Kelsey, and Andrew Beasley; two great grandchildren, Sophia Aldridge and Grayson Beasley; her siblings, Margaret Ann Poe, Eddie Hager, and Gary Hager; and her special childhood friend, Teresa Wood of Frankfort.  Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Martha Carolyn Hawkins, Erma Jean Hudson, and an infant, Charles Hager.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 from 11 AM – 1 PM followed by the service beginning at 1:00 PM at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.  Bro. Gary Hager will officiate the service.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Ryan Beasley, Andrew Beasley, Travis Aldridge, Anthony Aldridge, Chuck Thompson, and Henry Thompson.
