Cora Lou Alice Swisher Riley, 77, of Lawrenceburg passed away Monday, January 26, 2015 at the Harrodsburg Health & Rehabilitation Center, Harrodsburg, KY. Cora was preceded in death by her husband Otis Allen Riley, her daughter Verdie Ann Riley Estes, parents Stanley Lewis and Bessie Lela Jones Swisher, and a sister Barbara Dill.

Cora was born December 25, 1937 in Springfield, Missouri. She worked for years as a babysitter to the Springate and Shannon families.

She is survived by four sons, Gary Riley, Rex Riley, and Dewayne (Shirley) Riley, all of Lawrenceburg, and Leon Riley of Frankfort; a son-in-law Horace R. "Randy" Estes; 5 grandchildren, Randell Estes, Virginia Ann Estes, Chasity Riley, Joseph Riley, and Alesia Riley; 12 great grandchildren; four sisters, Dorothy Jean Graham, Sharon Kay Cregger, Debbie June Campbell, and Twyla Jeanette Dells, all of Missouri; three brothers, Stanley Lewis Swisher, Stanley LeRoy Swisher, William Kelly Swisher, all of Missouri.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday, Jan. 30th at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 – 8 Thursday.
