Connie Lou Evans Kinder, 64, passed away Monday, July 3, 2017 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident which occurred in Shelbyville on Monday. Born November 19, 1952 in Lexington, Connie was the daughter of the late Clinton Edward Evans and Mary Elizabeth Montgomery Evans.

Connie attended the Assembly of God Church in Lawrenceburg and was a former employee of the Trigg Corp. in Frankfort. She enjoyed going to casinos.

Connie is survived by two children, Tammy (Raymond) Tinsley of Salvisa and Timmy Hillard of Danville; three grandchildren, Tonia (Paul) McKinney of Lawrenceburg, Travis Tinsley of Salvisa, and Ethan Lewis of Lawrenceburg; two great grandchildren, Raegan and Ryleigh McKinney; her siblings, Carlotta (Willis) Hatchett of Lawrenceburg, Clinton Edward (Shirley) Evans, Jr. of Frankfort, Buddy "Red" Evans, Donnie Evans, Leon Evans, all of Lawrenceburg, and Deborah Hobbs of Shelbyville; and a brother-in-law, Johnny Perry of Harrodsburg.

Along with her parents, Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Thomas Kinder, her longtime companion Scotty Bruce Casey, and her sister, Brenda Perry.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 7 ^th from 11 AM – 2 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home followed by a service at the pavilion in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Burial will be in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Donald Perry, Jason and Joey Evans, Scott Hatchett, Tony Casey, and Paul McKinney.
