Constance Lee "Connie" White Cottrell, 64, wife of David R. Cottrell, passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at her home. Born April 10, 1953 in Lexington, Connie was the daughter of the late Cecil Wesley and Lalah Gillis White.

A retired 30 year employee of Kentucky State Government Dept. of Disability, Connie was a 1971 graduate of Anderson County High School and attended college for nursing. Connie was a member of Hope Community Church. She loved spending time with her kids, grandkids, and great nieces and enjoyed reading, fishing, and in the day coaching soccer.

Along with her husband, Connie is survived by a daughter, Lee Ellen Perry; two grandchildren, Nancy Lee Holt and Austin David Holt; a sister, Nancy Mathews; and her mother-in-law, Anna R. Cottrell. She was also predeceased by a son, David Lee "Dave" Holt, Jr. and a brother, Bobby White.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 3 ^rd beginning at 2:00 PM at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Dr. Jeff Eaton officiating. Visitation will precede the service from 10 AM – 2 PM on Saturday.
