Colleen Elizabeth (Duncan) Hoffeld, 89, widow of Alfred Herman Hoffeld, passed away Sunday, May 6, 2018 at her home. Born October 16, 1928 in Fayette County, KY, Colleen was the daughter of the late John Duncan and Elizabeth Macordes Duncan.

Along with her parents and husband, Colleen was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Hatfield.

A graduate of Lafayette High School, Colleen was a housewife and a member of First Baptist Church of Lawrenceburg. Colleen enjoyed spending time with her loving family.

She is survived by her three children, Marjorie Hoffeld Badger and Donna Hoffeld Eldridge, both of Lawrenceburg, and John (Theosa) Hoffeld of Lexington; five grandchildren, James (Tabitha) Hollingsworth, Scott (Kristin) Hollingsworth, Daniel (Stephanie) Lawson, Nathan (Sarci) Eldridge, Zachary Hoffeld; nine great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

Services will be held on Tuesday, May 8 ^th beginning at 1:00 PM at the Lawrenceburg Cemetery pavilion. Dr. Robert F. Ehr will officiate the service. There will be no public visitation. Mrs. Hoffeld's grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
