Charlotte Ann Best Schroeder, 56, of Lawrenceburg formerly of Springfield, passed away December 11, 2022 at her home.  Born in Lebanon, KY on May 5, 1966, she is the daughter of Janice Sue Burns Best of Springfield, KY and the late Hubert Harvey Best.

Charlotte formerly worked as a bus driver for Bluegrass Community Action.  A member of Friendship & Unity Church, she enjoyed fishing, gardening, and crafts.  Her grandbabies were her world.

Including her mother, she is survived by three children, Ryan (Mary) Ballard and Dray Hawkins, both of Lawrenceburg, and Hallie Schroeder (Ian Hurt) of Ohio; 9 grandchildren, Jaylen, Brayden, Isiah, Drayson, Ryder, Rylan, Zander, Oaklan, and Kaylon; and a sister, Angela (Tony) Willett of Springfield.

Visitation will be 11 AM – 1 PM Thursday followed by the service beginning at 1:00 PM Thursday, Dec. 15, 2022 at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.  Bro. Bobby Chesser and Bro. Jon Sutphin will officiate the service. Burial will follow in the Friendship Cemetery in Anderson County.

Serving as pallbearers will be Ryan Ballard, Dray Hawkins, Jaylen Ballard, Greg Ballard, Ray Schroeder, Chris Curtsinger, and Chad Settles.
