Cecil Eugene Voils, 63, husband of the late Ruby Pacquiao Voils, passed away on June 26, 2025. He was born on October 24, 1961, in Paris, KY, to the late Lewis Voils and Myrtle Kathleen Mastin Voils.

Throughout his life, Cecil held many jobs, but his most cherished role was as a taxi driver with Yellow Cab, where he enjoyed meeting people and serving his community. A devoted sports enthusiast, he was a loyal fan of the Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Bengals, and University of Kentucky basketball. Cecil also had a flair for entertainment and was active in local wrestling events, performing under the stage name "Eric Embry." He was known for his love of fried chicken and pizza, and for the warmth and humor he shared with those around him.

In addition to his parents and wife, Cecil was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Ray Tackett.

He is survived by his children, Benjamin Voils (wife Kelly), Cecil Voils, Jr., Bruce Voils, and Moriah Voils; his grandchildren, Adyn, Kolby, Jacob, and Noah; his sister, Nancy Tackett; and a special friend, Tim Ditmore.

A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Sand Spring Baptist Church, 1616 Harrodsburg Rd., Lawrenceburg, KY 40342 with Dr. Mike Hamrick officiating.
