Cecil Thomas Harlow Sr., age 75 passed away Thursday, September 17, 2026 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. Cecil was born February 6, 1951 in Frankfort, Kentucky to the late Estill and Dora Jean Harlow

He was a hardworking man who always put his wife and kids above all. He loved his grand kids with all he had. He was a former plumber for Bobby Hyatt Plumbing & HVAC and a truck driver, with the CB handle "Mud Flap". Anyone who was blessed to know him knew he never met a stranger and was loved by anyone who was blessed enough to know him.

Cecil is survived by his wife of 55 years, Janice Harlow, daughters Jenny Harlow, Becky Roach (Doug), Kim Luttrell (Mark), and Stephanie Harlow. His four grandchildren Jamie Roach, Maddie Luttrell, Mason Luttrell, and Cole Roach; three sisters, Nancy Lewis (Wilbert), Sherry Deakins and Thelma Haney; one brother, William Harlow; also lots of nieces and nephews that he adored.

Including his mother and father Estill and Dora Jean Harlow, he was also preceded in death by a son, Cecil Thomas Harlow Jr.; three brothers, Kenny Harlow, Leon Harlow, and Tommy Harlow.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Anthony Wilcox officiating. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. till time of service at 2:00 P.M.

Pallbearers will be Jenny Harlow, Mark Luttrell, Mason Luttrell, Doug Roach, Cole Roach, and Lucas Peyton.

Honorary pallbearers are his four siblings, a special friend Dean Thomas, William Carroll, Betty Carroll, and Ricky Lunsford.
