Carolyn Robinson, 62, of Lexington, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at Baptist Health Lexington. Born January 31, 1954 in Lexington, KY, Carolyn is the daughter of the late Airence C. and Dorothy Davis Robinson. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Edward David Robinson.

A volunteer at Lafayette High School and Jesse Clark Middle, Carolyn previously taught at Meadowthorp Elementary and Breckenridge Elementary Schools in Lexington.

Surviving are her daughter, Gina Atkerson; a brother, J.B. Robinson; a sister, Joyce Casey; a special great niece and nephews, Kaelin and Aaron Joshua "Josh" Robinson, and Austin Stidham, all of Lexington; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services will be held 11 am Saturday, Nov. 19th at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home, 701 N. Main St., Lawrenceburg. Pastors F.D. Robinson, Jr. and Sabrina Sands will officiate. Visitation will be 4 – 7 pm Friday.
