Callie C. Moore Williams, 74, wife of the late Richard Wesley "Bill" Williams, passed away September 13, 2024 in Frankfort, KY.

Born on September 19, 1949 in Lexington, KY, Callie was the daughter of the late James Monroe Moore and Callie Reffett Moore.

Along with her husband Bill, she was the former co-owner of Cromwell-Williams, Ltd. in Lawrenceburg.  Being a woman of strong faith, Callie currently attended Beit Ohr (House of Light) in Lawrenceburg.  Known for her southern hospitality, she enjoyed serving and entertaining her family, church family and friends.  Christmas was her most beloved time of the year.  She loved spending time decorating and spoiling her family and friends.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Callie Christina "Tina" Rodgers (husband Jason) of Frankfort, John Kenneth Williams (wife Jill) of Maceo, KY, and James Richard Williams (fiancé Michelle Del Toro) of Lexington; seven grandchildren, George Martin Perry, Callie Juel Perry, Ember Rodgers, Declan Wayne Williams, Finn Monroe Williams, Hugh Bell Williams, and Clement Jesse Williams; four sisters, Gloria (Bob) Wilson, Patricia (Dr. Tom) Sobieski, Sheila (Dennis) Boyer, and Martha (John) Carter; and several nieces and nephews.  Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother James Monroe "Jim" Moore, II.

Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Friday, September 20, 2024 at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Bobby Proctor officiating. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the service on Friday from 11 am until time of service at 1 pm.
