Buddy Edward Baker, 90, passed away November 15, 2025 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center – ER.  Born in Niangua, MS on January 14, 1935, Buddy was the son of the late Robert Odysseus Baker and Effa Clella Johnson Stinson.

Mr. Baker served in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War and worked as a supervisor for Norfolk & Southern Railroad.   He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his son, Dennis Joe Baker of Dallas, TX.  Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Debra Faye Baker and a son Danny Edward Baker; and a number of grandchildren.

In accordance with Mr. Baker's wishes, no public services will be held, and he will be cremated.  His cremains will be buried at Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Jessamine County, KY.
