Jesse Garnett "Bud" Gritton, 85, husband of Drucilla Casey Gritton, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2020. Born November 13, 1934 in Anderson County, KY, Bud was the son of the late Orbrey Hollis Gritton, Sr. and Margie Myrtle White Gritton.
Along with his parents, Bud was preceded in death by two sisters, Agnes Peach and Dorothy McMichael.

He was a former member at Friendship Baptist Church for 33 years and joined First Baptist Church in 1991. He served as a Deacon since 1971 at both churches and was promoted to Deacon Emeritus in 2018. He taught Sunday school since age 18 and taught lessons on FBC Television Ministry. Bud greatly loved his family, but even more so, he loved and followed His Savior, Jesus Christ sharing the Gospel Truth with everyone.
