Bobby Wayne Langford, 57, husband of Melissa Gail Smith Langford, passed away Tuesday, July 27, 2021 in Lawrenceburg.  Bobby was born March 22, 1964 in Versailles, KY to the late Herland Langford and Edith Jones Langford.

Including his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by two brothers, David and Norman Bowman.

Bobby was an employee of Big Ass Fans in Lexington, a graduate of Woodford County High School,  and attended Fellowship Baptist Church.  Bobby loved playing his bass guitar, his dog Chi Chi,  and most of all his children.

Including his wife Melissa, Bobby is survived by his children, Jason Hammonds of Versailles, Cameron Hammonds, of Frankfort, Charles Smith and Shannon Smith, both of Frankfort;  his granddaughter, Libby Hammonds;  his father-in-law and mother in-law, Charles & Christine Smith of Lawrenceburg;  two sisters, Dottie Kersner (Joe) of Frankfort, Wanda Stewart (Bobby) and Allen Bowman (Lisa), all of Versailles and Jerry Bowman (Lou) of Lawrenceburg.

Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M., Friday, July 30, 2021 at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Bro. Phillip Ritchey officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M., till time of service at 1:00 P.M. Friday.

Casket bearers will be Jason Hammonds, Cameron Hammonds, Josh Bunch, Cody Richmond, Logan Richmond and Donnie Beasley.
