Bobby Allen Hyatt, 70, husband of 50 years to Sue Hyatt, passed away Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Baptist Health Lexington.  Born March 15, 1950 in Anderson County, KY, Bob was the son of the late Vernon Hyatt and Ruby Dennis Hyatt.

Along with his parents, Bob was preceded in death by two sisters, Linda Gill and Lulia Bell Gay, a brother Louis Hyatt; and his half-siblings, Morris Hyatt, Elizabeth Murphy, Nellie Keys, and Virginia Wurfel.

The owner of Bobby Hyatt & Son Plumbing & HVAC in Lawrenceburg for 52 years, Bob was a Master Plumber/HVAC.   Known for his hard work from daylight to dark and even after, Bob also enjoyed farming, country music, and most importantly spending time with his family and friends.

Including his wife Sue, he is survived by his two sons, Bobby Allen Hyatt, Jr. (wife Traci) and Bryan Thomas Hyatt (wife Ciara), both of Lawrenceburg; four grandchildren, Luke Hawkins, Clay Hawkins (Alex Sparrow), Faith Hyatt, and Gabe Hyatt; a great granddaughter, Payton Sparrow; six siblings, Vernon Hyatt, Jr. (wife Lou Ann), Clarence Hyatt (Sue), Betty Trent, Shirley Thornberry, Dorothy Carol Haydon (husband Darrol), and Jane Hodges; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 4 – 8 pm Tuesday, Nov. 17 ^th and 9 am – 12 noon Wednesday, Nov. 18 ^th at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.

A private family service will be held at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.  Bro. Noal Cotton, Jr. and Rev. Jim Wheeler will officiate the service.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Connie Wayne Best, Allen Phillips, Dudley Davenport, Tyler Hyatt, Brandon Grant, Melvin Waldridge, Moose Cummins, and Kenny Evans, Jr.  Honorary bearers will be Bill Bollinger, Jerry Sutherland, Jonathan Upchurch, Dave Disponett, Bill Sulicz, Cecil Harlow, Brian Wilson, Alton Warford and Ron Downey.
