Billy Ronald Sweasy, 80, passed away Monday, March 16, 2020.  Billy was born August 25, 1939 in Frankfort, KY to the late Kelly Sweasy and Celesta Thomas Sweasy and was the husband of the late Pamela Perry Giles Sweasy.

Including his wife and parents, Billy was preceded in death by a grandson, Nicholas "Nick" Parrish;  four brothers, Kelly Sweasy, Forrest Sweasy, Carroll Ray Sweasy and Davis Sweasy;  and a sister, Mary Morris

He was retired from the Kentucky Department of Transportation, where he worked as a draftsman, and was also a former member of the Evergreen Baptist Church in Frankfort.

Billy is survived by two daughters, Laura Parrish of Lawrenceburg and Gwen Peach and her husband Greg of Ashland;  four grandchildren, Kelly Parrish and his wife Mable Truong of Houston, TX, Johanna Dickerson and her husband Jason of Mt. Washington, Adam Peach and Jacob Peach, both of Ashland;  six great grandchildren, Haley Dickerson, Allie Dickerson, Will Dickerson, Emma Kate Jackson, Gabby Truong-Parrish and Lexi Dickerson;  a brother, Owen Sweasy of Louisiana;  and a sister, Elizabeth Hellard and her husband George of Frankfort.
