Billy Thomas Anglin, Sr., 86, husband of Barbara Taylor Anglin, passed away October 29, 2021 at his home.  Born March 8, 1935 in Woodford County, KY, he was born the son of Thomas and Lillie B. Todd Anglin.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Doris Boyd, and two brothers, Arlin Anglin and Kenneth Anglin.

Billy was a retired 37 year employee with the Kentucky State Revenue Cabinet.  A member of the Lawrenceburg United Methodist Church, he was of the Baptist faith and attended the Sand Spring Baptist Church.  He loved his grandkids and his Pomeranian dogs.  His many enjoyments included fishing, country music, and watching U.K. sports.

Including his wife Barbara of 45 years, he is survived by two sons, Billy Thomas Anglin, Jr. of Lawrenceburg and Kenneth Dale Anglin of Louisville; two step-sons, James (Sandy) Ritchey and Philip (Phyllis) Ritchey, both of Lawrenceburg; six grandchildren, Amber Anglin, Allisa Anglin, Kevin (Christi) Ritchey, Mary Ann Ritchey, Josh (Jessica) Ritchey, Sheldon (Hope) Ritchey; four great grandchildren, Myla Ritchey, Marshall Ritchey, Noah Ritchey, and Ava Marie Anglin; a brother, Jerry D. (Fran) Anglin of Frankfort; and a sister, Barbara Moore of Frankfort.

Private family services will be held at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Dr. Mike Hamrick officiating.  Burial will be in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.
