Billie Bays Goatley Reynolds, 72, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2017. Born October 8, 1944 in Lebanon, KY, she was the daughter of the late Billy Goatley and Christine "Tootsie" Shehan Goatley.

Billie worked as a radiology technician for 26 years with Kings Daughter's Hospital in Frankfort followed by years of service with Jewish Hospital in Shelbyville. She had a tremendous love of horses and was a member of the Foundation Quarter Horse Association.

Her survivors include her friend, Judy Bibb of Lawrenceburg; her step-mother, Nancy Goatley of Springfield; her two children, Jeff (wife Julianne) Reynolds and Wendie (husband) Steve) Lyons, all of Lawrenceburg; four grandchildren, Avery and Reece Reynolds, Hayden and Macie Lyons; a sister, Mickie Hayes of Danville; and a brother, Greg (wife Margaret) Goatley of Springfield; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Monday, March 6 ^th at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home led by Rev. Clay Stevens. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Washington County, KY.  Visitation will be from 2 – 5 PM Sunday.
