Service broadcast for Bessie Fint

Bessie Flora Fint, 76, of Garfield, KY, wife of the late William Thomas Fint, passed away September 9, 2022 at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY.  Born in Woodford County, KY on March 24, 1946, Bessie was the daughter of the late Sam Flora and Mary Elizabeth Manley.

Along with her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a daughter Elizabeth Diane Fint, a sister and two brothers.

A former employee of Texas Instruments in Versailles, KY, Bessie was a member of the Freedom Baptist Church in Anderson County.  She was an avid reader and enjoyed camping, watching squirrels and hummingbirds.

Survivors include her children, William Thomas "Billy" Fint, Jr. (wife Amy) of Lawrenceburg, Wayne Allen Fint (wife Debbie) of Custer, KY, and Jeffery Dale Fint of Lexington; 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; a sister, Lily Caldwell; and four brothers, Sammy Flora, Bugs Flora, Donald Flora, and Morgan Flora.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 from 3 – 7 PM followed by the service beginning at 7:00 PM at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home, 701 North Main St., Lawrenceburg, KY.  Bro. Bob Logue will officiate the service.  Cremation will follow the services with burial of the cremains in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.
