Barbara Jean Pence Fry, 70, of Lawrenceburg passed away Sunday, Oct. 5, 2014 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. She was the widow of Walter Fry and daughter of the late John and Emily Hall Pence.

Born December 6, 1943 in Ohio, Barbara was a housekeeper and enjoyed quilting and crocheting.

Survivors include two sons, John Fry of Lawrenceburg and Brian (Shawna) Fry of Frankfort; two grandchildren, John Fry, Jr. and Elizabeth Fry; and a sister, Doris (Billy) Shifflet of Lawrenceburg.
Along with her husband and parents she was preceded in death by six brothers and sisters, Ella Pence, Daisy Hall, Clayton Pence, Lee Pence, Lucille Goins, and Paul Pence.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, Oct. 8th at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Burt Paden officiating. Burial will follow in the Hebron Cemetery. Visitation will be 12 – 2 pm Wednesday.
