Funeral Service Broadcast for Anna Crouch

Anna Pearl Shouse Crouch, 91, wife of the late R.C. Crouch, Jr., passed away February 21, 2025 in Georgetown, KY.  Born in Georgetown, KY on January 25, 1934, Anna was the daughter of the late Samuel Shouse and Mary Lena Cox Shouse.

Along with her husband and parents, Anna was preceded in death by a daughter, Vickie Elaine Crouch Dedman and her sister and brother-in-law, Martha and Eldon Rucker.

Anna worked as a custodian of the Anderson County Courthouse for over 20 years.   She was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church, the Anderson County Homemakers for over 50 years, and loved traveling.

She is survived by her children, Larry Crouch of Chaplin, Danny (Renita) Crouch of Lawrenceburg, Marcella Laytart of Lawrenceburg, and Gill (Doris) Crouch of Waynesburg; a son-in-law, Jerry Dedman of Lawrenceburg; 14 grandchildren and 2 step grandchildren, Chad Crouch, Christy Kinney, Derek Dedman, Jason Dedman, Gretchen Crouch, Clay Crouch, Jacob Crouch, Jessie Rodriguez, Jonathon Drury, Lindsay Drury, Sam Laytart, Amanda Cartinhour, Casey Hanson, Nick Crouch, Aaron Kidd, and Kenya Jenkins; 29 great grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren; and a brother, James (Patsy) Shouse of Salvisa.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Wednesday, February 26, 2025 followed by the funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM Wednesday at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.  Her son-in-law, Bro. Jerry Dedman will officiate the service.  Burial will follow in Friendship & Unity Baptist Church Cemetery in Anderson County.

Anna's grandsons will serve as pallbearers and the granddaughters will serve as honorary bearers.
