Alma Kay Hicks Fryman, 75, wife of Leroy Fryman passed away on October 31, 2017 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. She was born in Carter County, KY on November 8, 1941 to the late Willie and Gladys Lawhorn Hicks.

She is survived by a daughter Carol (Steve) Sampson; a grandson Kyle Sampson; sisters Nadine Sims of Georgia, Anna Faye Snipes of Texas, Alva (Keith) Beagle of Cynthiana, KY, Iris (Donnie) Case and Pam Stewart of Lawrenceburg; brothers Richard, Carl (Fay) and Terry (Billie Lou) of Lawrenceburg and Dale (Laura) of Junction City, KY.

Along with her parents, Alma was also preceded in death by her son Dennis; a sister Daphene; and brothers Glenn, Jerry, Kenneth and Allen.

She was a former employee of Heritage Hall Nursing Home and retired as a self-employed babysitter.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Nov. 2 ^nd beginning at 11:00 AM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home. Bro. Roy Temple, Jr. will officiate the service. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3 – 8 PM.

Serving as pallbearers will be Allen Kindred, Robbie Armstrong, Wayne Hanks, Jason Hanks, Shannon Osten, and Mark Stockton.
