Addie Lee Mapp Barnes, 68, wife of 46 years to J.C. Barnes, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2020.  Born May 2, 1952 in Virginia Beach, VA, Addie was the daughter of the late James Edward Mapp and Addie Lee Netherland Mapp.

Along with her parents, Addie was preceded in death by her brothers, Eddie Mapp, Keith Mapp, and Ricky Mapp.

A homemaker, Addie's greatest love was her family and spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Including her husband J.C., Addie is survived by her children, Kary (husband Kevin) Wohlrab of Lawrenceburg, Sandy James of Frankfort, Tanya Lee (husband Ryan) Price of Williamsburg, VA, and Tammy (husband Matt) Noel of Frankfort; 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and her sisters, Nancy (Steve) Martin and Michelle (Russ) Shifflet, both of Newport News, VA, and Maggie Greene of Michigan.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 6 - 8 PM on Thursday, August 27 ^th at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.  Cremation will follow the gathering.
